Genesis in Association with Wildrift Adventures invite all the Learning and Development Managers to Re-brand, Rebuilt and Reconstitute the Learning experience and exposure for 2018. Learning is a process you learn, you practice, and you achieve. Human Resource is the prime asset for building any organization from a start-up to fortune 500. Their performance and productivity take the organization to billion dollar organization. To keep the momentum going we need to take care of their skills to adapt the changing environment. We need to develop leaders to adapt continuous change, effectively manage conflicts and perform better. For that we need to engage them with consistent learning, tracking their skills, Quantify training effectiveness and improving on the learning experiences. The most important is to align the learning process to the organization overall business strategy.

Learning and Development (L&D) industry is tough and competitive with varying structures, shifting priorities, disruptive technologies, and multiple audiences to appease. Learning and Development professionals constantly face challenges, work their way above or around it, and often devise strategies to overcome such challenges in future. Genesis wants you to come and spend few days with us to relax and rejuvenate. We give you space to develop – design and deploy new strategies in the wilderness and calmness of Jungle. Ideate and learn from the wildness of the jungle how they adapt and accept change. You are invited to sign in for your complimentary seat , but remember it is on first come first serve basis.

September to mid April. We are now running special wildlife tracking and monsoon camps in the summer. Look out for dates.

Accomodation

Wooden machaans and American safari tents, dining al fresco under the Banyan tree and in open fields, wash area with hot/cold water.

Getting there

275 kms from Delhi, 35 kms from Ramnagar. In the kotbagh valley ask for Malla Syat.

Day 0 (21st Feb)

1. Assemble at Saket Metro station (Said-ul-Ajab side)
2. Bus journey will start around 11:00 pm for Camp Kyari Syat

Day 1 (22nd Feb)

1. Arrive at Camp Kyari Syat for breakfast.
2. Camp orientation and settling in.
3. Introduction round (facilitated by outbound trainer)
4. Post breakfast trek to Baur river adventure. Swim in the river.
5. Lunch on the riverside.
6. Return back to camp in the evening.
7. Post tea sharing session by different people.
8. Campfire game.
9. Post dinner short night trek.

Day 2 (23rd Feb)

1. Morning bird watching trail.
2. Post breakfast mountain biking in Kotabagh valley based on a treasure hunt type.
3. Lunch back at the camp
4. Evening session with the outbound trainers sharing ideas on how outbound works.
5. Campfire with musical instruments to be played. Party night.

Day 3 (24th Feb)

1. Breakfast
2. Post breakfast Drive back to Delhi from the camp.
3. Lunch en route (Gajraula)

Terms & Conditions

1. Complimentary Stay at Corbett – Camp Syat on 22nd Feb from Lunch / 23rd Feb / 24th Feb till breakfast.
2. Meals and refreshments will be served during the stay at the camp.
3. During travel from Delhi to Corbett and back the meals and refreshments will not be included.
4. Registration fees @ INR 3500 per participant.
5. Travel options train or Volvo coach depending upon the availability of the tickets in train.
6. Only 2 members from the same organisation are allowed.
